2025 Voluntary Benefits Open Enrollment Schedule!

Please follow these easy steps to schedule a convenient time for a Benefit Advocate to call you. The Benefit Advocate will educate you on your voluntary benefit plan options, clearly answer your benefit questions and enter your elections directly into enrollment portal.

1. Select your preferred enrollment language from the dropdown
2. Find a date and time that works for you - this call may take up to 20 minutes
3. Enter in your contact information - daytime phone number with area code will be required
4. Choose your preferred method of appointment reminder - text, email or both
5. Click 'Complete Appointment'

If you choose not to indicate an email, you will not receive an electronic confirmation of your enrollment session.
